Data protection here, data protection there. Many hate, only a few love him. On the one hand, the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is supposed to protect us and our data; on the other hand, many see it as obstructive and out of touch with reality.
But still: The GDPR regulates binding obligations for companies and organizations when processing personal data. With our “GDPRism” project, we want to enable organizations and employees in the education sector to comply with these obligations. Within the framework of our project, we will, on the one hand, communicate the basics of data protection law and, on the other hand, provide concrete instructions, checklists and best practices that help to take data protection regulations into account in everyday life.
In order to get a better understanding ourselves of how important data protection is in the education sector, we created a short survey. We would like to know what you personally think about data protection and what role data protection plays in your day-to-day work.
The survey is completely anonymous and takes a maximum of 10 minutes.
Click here to participate in the survey.
Feel free to share the survey with your college and partner organizations.
We will publish the results on our project website in spring 2023.
